Kitchen Remodel
Flood Restoration and Repair:
This job was to restore the house from a flood caused by burst water pipe. The house is a split level and as the pictures show half of the house was flooded.
Garage Addition with Loft Suite:
This was a job to add a two car garage and about a 450 sqft loft suite to be used as Yoga studio. Access is through the garage with a back door private access to the stairway going to the loft area.
Kitchen Renovation:
This job was to change the existing kitchen in a one bedroom condo to new kitchen. The kitchen cabinets and appliances are from IKEA

Back Yard Storage and Office:
This job was to build a back yard storage and use half of it for office space. Siding is combination of CertainTeed Monogram vinyl siding and Hardie Plank in the gable area, the decking is Azek PVC decking

Living Room Addition
Deck Repair and Feeney Cable Rail:
The job was to repair the existing deck, change some damaged posts, and replace the existing wood railing with Feeney Cable Rail
Ryan Design and Construction
Kitchen renovation:
This project was to replace the existing kitchen with IKEA cabinets and new granite counter top and back splash tile. The job was in a condo with limited space
Back Yard Storage
Sunroom and Raised Deck:
This job was to build a sunroom in place of existing glass enclosure with raised deck to cover uneven concrete patio. Windows used are Viwinco new construction windows, CertainTeed vinyl siding. For the deck used PVC decking and Tamrail composite railing
Wood Railing replaced with Feeney Cable Rail
